 Why do you think dogs are widely regarded as "Man's best friend"?
Mostly because of their close relations, loyalty and companionship with humans.
We see how that a dog protects, guards, gives attention, affection and loyalty.
Take a cue from that
It mostly captures all that we crave for and desire in friendship;
Loyalty? Have you found anyone who detests having loyal people around?
Affection? It's why we relate
We all want to feel accepted and loved. Not judged and condemned
How well of a friend are you?
Do your friends know you're their friend?
Who are your friends?
Are they good friends?
Do a check
Self evaluation is the bedrock of self improvement.

Today was my first time out since the start of the working days here in Lagos, Nigeria. I got to experience the effects of the ban on ‘keke’ and ‘okada’, you can check the words up in the oxford dictionary.  My ordeal today further lends credence to the saying that “You don’t know the value of what you have till you lose it” Maybe many of us didn’t really appreciate the value the okada and keke provided till the ban forced us to realize. It wasn’t too bad though, I walked a few distance till I got to areas where their operations were permitted.  The weather was terribly hot, dry and dusty to make it worse.  This morning, on my way to the office, seating on that bike, like a rush of wind, came this thought to me "'what if I took the other bike? What would have happened?'' And from there, the thought spiraled into several other thoughts, '' what if I delayed some five minutes more?" "What if I wore another T-shirt?" "What if I decided to sit back at home today?" and many other 'what if's' I asked myself After so many thoughts, I looked at life as an aggregate summation of our choices every day.  It reminded me of a particular day I was heading out to an event and was held up in traffic and it was starting to frustrate me.
